How do I restore oonly Plus on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open oonly and tap Already a member? Restore on the first screen. You can also tap Restore on any oonly Plus screen.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then oonly. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
App Lock
App Lock doesn't pause my apps
- Open oonly, go to My space, then App Lock, and check that it's turned on and at least one app is picked.
- When iOS asks for Screen Time access, tap Continue. If you tapped Don't Allow, turn it on in Settings, Screen Time, Apps with Screen Time Access.
- Check the schedule. Weekdays pauses apps Monday to Friday, Evenings pauses them from 6 PM to midnight.
The pause screen didn't open oonly
The button on the pause screen sends a notification that opens oonly for one breath. Allow notifications for oonly in Settings, Notifications.
Widgets and reminders
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit or Customize, then add oonly. Choose its look in oonly, My space, Widgets.
Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for oonly in Settings, Notifications, and that Focus or Sleep mode isn't hiding them.
Your data
How do I delete my data?
Everything you create in oonly is stored on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes it. To stop anonymous usage analytics, turn off Share anonymous usage in My space. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
