Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the oonly app, published by PE Yalovenko Vladyslav ("we"). By downloading or using oonly, you agree to them. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If the two differ, these terms add to Apple's agreement and don't replace it.
oonly is not medical care
oonly offers affirmations, breathing exercises and other self care tools. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, therapist or emergency service. If you're in crisis or think you might hurt yourself, contact your local emergency number right away. Stop any breathing exercise that makes you dizzy or uncomfortable.
Free and oonly Plus
oonly is free to use with a daily set of affirmation topics, soft themes and App Lock. Rituals, all topics, your own affirmations, collections and more themes need oonly Plus.
oonly Plus subscriptions
- oonly Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. We may sometimes offer the yearly plan at a lower price, shown in the app before you buy.
- The yearly plan may start with a free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Prices can change. We'll let you know before a new price applies to your subscription, as required by Apple.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content
Affirmations and notes you write stay on your device and belong to you. You're responsible for what you write.
Our content
The affirmations, sounds, designs and other content in oonly belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Sharing a single affirmation with friends is fine.
Acceptable use
Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or remove features. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use oonly after a change means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimer and liability
oonly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for oonly Plus in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
